Pink Salt is a new restaurant set to change the perception of Thai food. A venture of Palita Sriratana of Hi Palita (@hi.palita), Pink Salt focuses on Thailand's Northeastern Isaan cooking. Palita and five other chefs were accepted amongst a pool of 40 chefs to bring her concept in Fulton Galley to life. Pink Salt is looking to set a new standard for seasonal fresh Thai salads, herbacious grilled meats, and sticky rice to West Loop. Pink Salt has only one year in Fulton Galley's Food Business Accelerator space and hope to “graduate” to a brick and mortar restaurant at the end of their term. Come back often and there will always be something new for you to try.
